ADP is seeking a Senior Director, Client Service for Lyric HCM within the National Accounts Service. The role focuses on driving product, tool, and service enhancements while leading multiple teams across US locations.

You will partner with Implementation, GPT, and other internal teams to maximize client value and satisfaction, guiding strategic initiatives and ensuring strong client outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership position within ADP.

Qualificações

• 12+ years' experience in a related management capacity in a high-performance service environment with measurable results.
• At least 8 years of people leadership experience.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days at home; locations Alpharetta and Augusta, GA.
• Travel required: 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Support, direct, and implement the strategy for servicing their book of business.
• Improve availability for and resolution of client inquiries.
• Define goals, budgets, and incentive initiatives with the VP.
• Ensure the client experience, NPS, and client retention.
• Lead a virtual, matrix-managed organization and drive service strategies.
• Collaborate with Senior Teams on client support requirements and initiatives.
• Escalate client situations with managers and technical support as needed.
