Principal Product Manager to drive growth of the Arc Network and Circle platform, collaborating across design, engineering, data science, and GTM teams to expand developer adoption and user engagement.

Qualifications

Experience shipping complex infrastructure products in fintech/crypto environments.
Deep knowledge of crypto ecosystem including L1/L2, stablecoins, wallets, bridges.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy: Define and evolve growth strategies for key infrastructure products (Arc, USDC, CCTP, Wallets).
Roadmap Inputs: Influence roadmap development considering market opportunity and regulatory needs.
Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, Dev Rel, Marketing, PMM.
Market Insight: Track crypto and blockchain infrastructure trends and regulation.
Developer Focus: Align with developer relations and partner teams for Web3 needs.
Launch Excellence: Plan and execute go-to-market for feature launches with Marketing and Operations.
