Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is hiring a Senior Principal, Program Manager for the Government Sector to lead the delivery of programs and manage contractual relationships for national security clients. You will coordinate across matrixed teams, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive opportunities for growth with USG accounts.

The role requires senior-level program management, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work with analytics, engineering, and delivery teams to meet mission goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 15 years relevant experience in program or project management, preferably in managing corresponding assigned operating unit.
• Proven experience managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Experience working in matrixed, cross‑functional environments.
• PMP or equivalent project/program management certification is required.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the customer team, product management and fulfillment teams to ensure clear communication and flawless execution.
• Lead and direct the activities of a cross‑functional fulfillment team to ensure project milestones are met according to contract terms and prescribed budget.
• Ensure flawless delivery of D&B products and services by monitoring the activities of cross‑functional fulfillment teams.
• Develop a detailed understanding of customer's business requirements and position D&B to improve or add to current products and services through the identification of up‑sell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Participate in or drive the development of project plans, comprehensive workflow for all phases of project, proposal review, presentation materials and development of the Statement of Work.
