Job summary

Siemens Government Technologies seeks a proactive Project Delivery Manager to lead the Services PM team and ensure delivery of high-value projects for U.S. government clients.

You will guide a mix of direct reports and matrixed personnel to achieve time, budget, and quality targets. You will leverage DoD contracting knowledge and SAFe/Agile practices, coordinating with Contracts, Supply Chain, Security, and Finance to optimize revenue, margin, and customer value while mentoring the PM

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technology field.
8+ years in services project leadership.
2+ years in PLM or equivalent tech delivery leadership.
Experience with Agile & SAFe for software projects.
Experience with DoD contracts and procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead the Services PM team and drive growth across the portfolio.
Build high-value relationships with PM team members and stakeholders.
Ensure projects meet defined scope within time, budget, and quality goals.
Support revenue and margin generation across the project portfolio.
Escalate risks and coordinate governance with Steering Committees and MRBs.
Mentor project leaders and oversee performance reviews.
