Job summary

Din Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide day-to-day management of a large federal program portfolio, ensuring deliverables meet schedule and budget. Leads project management across up to 100 concurrent projects per year, applying PMBOK and Lean Agile methods and securing stakeholder approvals.

*This position is contingent upon contract award.* Salary range listed: $100,000 to $205,000, with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience, at least 4 in a supervisory role.
• BS/BA in a related field (or equivalent).
• Public Trust / High-Risk IT clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• PMP or FAC/PPM (or equivalent) certification preferred.
• Proficiency with PMBOK and/or Lean Agile, integrated master scheduling, risk and configuration management, and federal stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for the contract and all staff operating under it, working closely with Government leads to meet requirements on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare a Project Management Plan for each assigned project describing technical approach, resources, management controls, and timelines.
• Schedule and assign work to subordinates and subcontractors, monitor progress, and resolve discrepancies to ensure compliance with quality and contract standards.
• Create, update, and analyze integrated master schedules, tracking labor, risk, dependencies, trigger dates, and critical-path items.
• Obtain signed federal stakeholder approvals to confirm deliverables are achieved and projects are formally closed; be available within five business days of project assignment.
• Ensure timely, accurate submission of security-clearance request forms and NBIS processing actions in support of onboarding.
• Other duties assigned.
