Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet seeks a Senior Principal, Program Manager to ensure successful delivery of assigned government programs, manage contractual relationships, and oversee operating units within the national security sector.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with Sales, Analytics, and Product, and ensure adherence to the Statement of Work and contract performance requirements, all while advancing client missions and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.
• 15+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the customer team, product management and fulfillment teams to ensure clear communication and flawless execution.
• Lead and direct cross‑functional fulfillment teams to meet milestones per contract terms and budget.
• Monitor delivery of products and services and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Develop project plans and Statements of Work with stakeholders.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and manage risk.
