Job summary

BluePath Labs in the National Capital Region is seeking a Program Manager to provide senior-level program and project management leadership for a civilian client. You will review project documentation, budgets, progress, and market research, and serve as the primary customer-facing lead for the contractor team. The role requires U.S.

citizenship, a bachelor's degree, and 17–19 years of related experience. You will develop PM standards, coordinate with external agencies, and help ensure quality

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as minimum.
• 17–19 years of experience supporting diverse projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of methods, metrics, tools, and techniques of business process reengineering.
• Experience in government acquisitions, including pre-award and post-award contract management.
• Experience leading a team in supply chain risk management activities.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate project management documentation and progress for project owners.
• Conduct project analysis and report findings, risks, and recommendations to upper management.
• Review and evaluate project budgets, PM best practices, and new industry standards.
• Review and evaluate market research reports and enterprise supply chain risk management data.
• Provide SME support to contractor team members.
• Develop overarching program and project management standards to promote consistency, quality, and delivery.
• Coordinate with other agencies and organizations as needed to support project completion.
• Manage the contractor team and serve as the primary customer-facing team lead.
