Job summary

Outreach is transforming how revenue teams work by embedding AI into its product suite. As Senior Product Manager for Forecasting, Deal Management & Analytics, you will own a product area end to end—from vision and strategy to roadmaps and outcomes used daily by sellers and leaders.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and data science across multiple regions to ensure AI features meet quality standards, drive measurable customer value, and scale across the platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management for enterprise or B2B SaaS.
• Experience launching AI or data products with LLM-powered capabilities.
• Fluency in modern AI stacks and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into simple user experiences.
• Experience partnering with engineering and data science teams.
• Strong business case development and data-driven decision making.
• Customer empathy and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area and outcomes.
• Define AI application scope and identify valuable use cases.
• Set quality bars, evaluation criteria, and measurement for AI features.
• Collaborate with data science and ML engineering to ship capabilities.
• Prioritize work and communicate trade-offs to partners.
• Capture voice of the customer through discovery and research.
• Establish success metrics like adoption and business impact.
• Track market, competition, and translate into roadmaps.
• Coordinate with product marketing, enablement, and finance on launches.
• Drive cross-organizational initiatives with other product teams.
