Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Pipeline & Revenue Planning Lead to own forecasting and target-setting mechanisms that connect pipeline generation to revenue outcomes across ASP's Specialist and Partner orgs.

You will develop quarterly pipeline forecasting, revenue-to-pipeline bridge analytics, and the rollout of new partner revenue metrics with scalable, AI-enabled workflows. In this role you will translate business signals into forward-looking targets, manage end-to-end processes

Qualifications

7+ years in sales or revenue operations with direct ownership of pipeline forecasting or quota setting.
Experience building forecasting models combining quantitative methods with business judgment.
Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Data/BI.

Responsibilities

Own the quarterly pipeline forecasting and targets for AWS Specialists and Partners.
Build revenue-to-pipeline bridge connecting bookings, revenue, and pipeline generation.
Collaborate with ASP Ops, SMGS Ops, and Finance to design scalable forecasting mechanisms with AI-enabled agents.
Define planning-ready partner revenue metrics and ensure governance.
Identify forecast divergences, diagnose causes, and recommend actions to leadership.
Translate analyses into clear, decision-ready recommendations for ASP leadership.
