Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8–10 years of experience in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of plastics molding, tooling, and regulatory/ISO requirements.
• Experience with FMEA, DOE, FAT, validation, and supplier management.

Aufgaben

• Lead medium- to large-size molding projects from concept to qualification and validation.
• Develop injection- and blow-molding solutions meeting product, process, quality, cost, and regulatory needs.
• Provide technical direction on equipment, tooling, automation, resin selection, and manufacturing readiness.
• Conduct risk assessments, manage lifecycle costs, and communicate status and decisions to management.
• Support supplier selection, performance, and issue resolution; travel up to 40% as needed.
