Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with plastics focus or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in engineering, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related regulated industry.
• 3+ years in plastic injection/blow molding design and process support.

Responsibilities

• Lead molding projects from concept through validation and support.
• Develop robust injection- and blow-molding solutions meeting quality and regulatory demands.
• Provide direction on equipment, tooling, automation, and process development.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage life-cycle costs with management visibility.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to address issues.
