Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Senior Principal Organizational Effectiveness Representative to join the Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Team supporting the Weapons Systems Division.

The role partners with WSD HR to deliver organizational change management, leadership development, and data-driven talent strategies across multiple sites, with up to 25% travel and co-location in Linthicum, MD and other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Adult Learning, or related field; Master’s degree with 3+ years eligible.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational interventions from assessment to implementation.
• Broad experience applying best practices in organization, team and leadership effectiveness.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting/business partnering experience with strategic HR or talent solutions.
• Minimum 2 years designing and implementing talent programs (talent management, performance management, OD).
• Ability to travel up to 25% and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with WSD HR and business teams to implement talent strategies and programs.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives, tools, and education programs for career mobility and leadership development.
• Utilize data analytics to identify gaps and track metrics related to people outcomes.
• Provide expert consulting, coaching, and support to the WSD HR team.
• Develop leader interventions, trainings, and workshops to meet business needs.
• Drive participation in development programs with strong project/change management discipline.
