The role requires a BE in Mechanical Engineering, 6+ years for Senior or 10+ years for Principal in mechanical design, and US citizenship. Travel about 10% is expected, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 6+ years for Senior, 10+ years for Principal in mechanical design.
• Experience in power generation, nuclear power or DOE projects.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and US citizenship requirement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality engineering drawings, calculations, and analyses.
• Adhere to client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements.
• Keep current with industry codes and nuclear design techniques.
• Produce engineering deliverables meeting QA standards.
• Build relationships with clients through clear communication.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure integrated designs.
• Travel to plant sites for on-site walkdowns.
