You will lead multi-discipline design efforts, travel to plant sites, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions for power plants, including nuclear facilities. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, 6+ years of design experience for senior roles, and up to 10+ years for principal roles; US citizenship is preferred due to federal projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
• Senior level: 6+ years of experience designing mechanical systems.
• Principal: 10+ years of experience designing mechanical systems.
• Experience in power generation, nuclear power or DOE projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings, calculations, and analyses that meet codes and client needs.
• Develop documents aligned with client, Enercon, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry codes and nuclear design techniques.
• Produce deliverables that meet QA standards and project scopes.
• Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure integrated, comprehensive designs.
• Travel to plant sites to inspect structures and inform project work.
