Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced technical or manufacturing environment.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to drive decisions on manufacturing test strategy.
• Experience with factory Test Equipment development and prove-in processes.
• Ability to work on programs requiring special program access.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government ATF clearance.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the manufacturing test authority across multiple programs.
• Leading the implementation and maturation of production manufacturing test solutions across the portfolio.
• Defining enterprise-level test strategies and architecture, driving test readiness and improvements.
• Managing large scale design, control, and improvements to the manufacturing process.
• Recommending engineering design requirements tailored to manufacturing processes.
• Recommending process changes to meet cost, efficiency and quality objectives.
• Ensuring quality control procedures evaluate products.
• Leading Continuous Process Improvements to reduce cycle time and costs using Six Sigma/CORE.
• Applying test engineering skills to optimize the manufacturing test strategy.
• Designing and improving testability through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team.
