Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) preferred.
• Raytheon Level 4 Certified Lead Systems Engineer.
• Experience leading transition to production or production of complex system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Communicate program status to Raytheon leadership and guide multi-disciplinary teams to align and execute product development and production.
• Coordinate with program stakeholders to influence development and production efforts.
• Assimilate knowledge across varied technical fields to achieve balanced system performance.
• Interpret customer requirements and break them down into actionable direction for the program team.
• Identify and mitigate risks by balancing technical capabilities with execution goals.
• Support capture of new business and influence roadmaps reflected in planning and execution.
• Plan and lead incremental upgrades and system improvements.
• Drive improvements in production as a key stakeholder in FRACAS and related activities.
• Serve as a primary source of system knowledge including design and performance capabilities.
• Engage with customers in regular briefings and leadership reviews; mentor early-career engineers.
