Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Principal/Senior Principal Flight Test Engineer to join the Test and Evaluation team at Edwards AFB, CA. You will develop test plans, publish procedures, and support labs and test readiness. Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines are essential for success.

The role requires DoD clearance eligibility, a STEM degree, and 5+ years of relevant experience (or 9+ years for Sr. Principal). Overtime and 9x80 schedule may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• 5+ years of applicable experience with BS or 3 years with MS in STEM fields.
• DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance capability required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and publish Integrated Test Plans, test schedules and procedures.
• Provide laboratory support for integration testing.
• Lead test readiness reviews and pre/post-test briefings.
• Provide mission control room support and real-time safety decisions.
• Collaborate with design, maintenance and test operations teams.
