Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
• 5+ years with BS or 3+ years with MS in STEM field.
• Must have active US Government Secret clearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain SAP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with design and analysis teams to define test configuration and data requirements.
• Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.
• Support test planning working groups across multiple disciplines.
• Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare system level evaluations.
• Develop detailed test plans, safety plans, test schedules and procedures.
• Support test card development and review cycles with other disciplines.
• Support test readiness reviews and briefings for senior leadership.
• Provide control room support and real-time safety/efficiency decisions.
• Conduct pre/post-test data analyses to support anomaly identification and resolution.
• Maintain metrics on testing status and issues.
