UKG is seeking a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer to lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise Finance solutions within a global environment. The role focuses on Finance processes, ERP platforms, data management, and AI-enabled automation.

You will partner with Finance stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions that support global Finance transformation initiatives across

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise Finance tech and ERP implementations.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
• Strong finance processes, data management, and integration knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Finance solutions.
