The role emphasizes data management, migration, validation, and AI-enabled automation, with a focus on governance, security, and post‑go-live stabilization, in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP architecture, system integrations, and data management.
• Experience leading global Finance transformation programs across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end Finance solutions across core Finance processes.
• Define business requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and global process standardization.
• Provide functional leadership through solution design reviews, process harmonization initiatives, and Finance transformation programs.
• Lead Finance data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities for global ERP programs.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities across Finance processes.
