Job summary
UKG is seeking a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer for Enterprise Finance Solutions. You will lead design, integration, and optimization of finance ERP programs in a global environment, partnering with Finance, Product, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality systems.
The role emphasizes data migration, testing, AI-enabled automation, governance, and stakeholder management across regions, including Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Qualifications
- 10+ years delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions and ERP transformations.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP architecture, and data management.
- Experience leading data migration, testing, and QA for large ERP programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Finance solutions across core processes (R2R, O2C, GL, AR, FA, Tax, Intercompany).
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Provide functional leadership through design reviews and harmonization initiatives.
- Translate requirements into functional/technical specs for integration.
- Drive data migration, validation, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Identify AI-driven automation opportunities and governance.
