Job summary
UKG is seeking a Principal Software Development Engineer to lead enterprise Finance solution design, integration, and optimization in a global environment. The role requires deep Finance process knowledge, ERP expertise, and collaboration across Finance, Product, Architecture, and Engineering.
The candidate will drive data migration, validation, and AI-enabled automation initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions and successful transformations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions and ERP transformations.
- Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA and/or Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP architecture, data management.
- Experience leading data migration, reconciliation, testing for large ERP programs.
- Ability to work across Finance, Product, Architecture, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise Finance solutions (R2R, O2C, GL, AR, Asset Accounting).
- Drive integration, data specs, and cross-team collaboration with engineering and external partners.
- Oversee data migration, validation, cutover, and go-live readiness for global ERP programs.
- Identify AI-enabled automation opportunities within Finance processes and governance.
