Job summary

UKG is seeking a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer to lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise Finance solutions in a global setting.

You will partner with Finance stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, drive data integrity, and oversee AI-enabled automation initiatives across the transformation program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions and transformation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP architecture, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance solutions design across core processes (R2R, O2C, GL, AR, Asset Accounting).
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
• Drive data migration, validation, testing, and cutover for global ERP programs.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities across Finance processes.
• Engage with Finance leadership, Product Owners, architects, and engineering teams to align on solutions.
