Job summary

UKG is seeking a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer to lead enterprise Finance solution design, implementation, and optimization within a global environment. You will partner with Finance stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure ERP solutions that support global transformations.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise Finance technology delivery experience.
Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA and/or Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, and financial data management.
Experience leading global Finance transformation programs across regions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Finance solutions across core processes (R2R, O2C, GL, AR, Tax, Intercompany).
Provide functional leadership through design reviews and transformation programs.
Translate requirements into functional, technical, integration, and data specs.
Drive data migration, validation, and cutover activities for global ERP programs.
Identify AI-driven automation opportunities and govern AI initiatives.
