Job summary

UKG is seeking a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer to lead enterprise Finance solutions. You will drive design, integration, and optimization across R2R, O2C, GL, and other core processes in a global setting.

You will partner with Finance stakeholders, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions, including AI-enabled automation. A strong background in ERP systems and data management is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions and ERP programs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP architecture, system integrations, and financial data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Finance solutions across core processes (R2R, O2C, GL, AR, Asset Accounting, Tax, Intercompany).
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
• Guide data migration, testing, and go-live readiness across global ERP programs.
