Job summary

UKG is seeking a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer to lead enterprise Finance ERP solutions. You will drive design, integration, data migration, and AI-enabled automation across global platforms.

You'll partner with Finance, Product, and Architecture, guiding complex R2R, O2C, GL processes, and intercompany accounting, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant implementations.

Qualifications

10+ years delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions and ERP implementations.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP architecture, data management, and integrations.
Experience leading data migration, reconciliation, testing, and QA for large-scale ERP programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Finance solutions across R2R, O2C, GL, AR, Tax, and Intercompany Accounting.
Partner with Finance stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
Guide solution design reviews, process harmonization, and Finance transformation programs.
Drive AI automation opportunities and ensure governance across ERP integrations.
