Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• MS degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible software engineering experience.
• Experience in financial services domains is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and debug large software enhancements and core framework changes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create sustainable software solutions.
• Provide thought leadership in product architecture and mentor engineers.
• Lead agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Write unit and automation tests; uphold quality across the lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot complex, mission-critical client implementations.
