Job summary

• 15+ years of progressively responsible software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams or managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Scrum teams with high quality and predictable outcomes.
• Partner with Product Management to translate business needs into prioritized backlogs and plans.
• Provide technical direction and architectural oversight across teams.
• Ensure design reviews, code reviews, testing strategies, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with peers and HR to recruit, hire, and grow engineering talent.
