Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Agile delivery experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Establish and drive architectural direction, integration strategies, and engineering best practices across critical business platforms
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing engineering teams focused on quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Own delivery outcomes for mission-critical platform capabilities, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and reliability
- Partner with product, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions across complex, interconnected workflows and regulatory environments
- Drive platform evolution through modernization initiatives, process optimization, and technology lifecycle management
