Qualifications

• 9+ years of backend software engineering experience in distributed systems.
• Experience at Staff/Principal engineer level influencing multiple teams.
• Proven high-availability, low-latency architecture with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead high-scale, low-latency backend systems for custody and wealth platforms.
• Define engineering standards and architectural patterns across backend teams.
• Drive long-term technical vision for distributed systems and data platforms.
• Collaborate with product, data, and business leaders on scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across the organization.
• Lead incident response, performance tuning, and reliability initiatives.
