Job summary

You will drive excellence in embedded C/C++ and Python, lead proposals and small-team software execution, and translate customer requirements into practical, scalable system solutions. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with Embedded Development using object-oriented design.
• Experience with development tool sets, e.g., Jira, Subversion/Git/Version Management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship required; eligible for security clearance.
• Typically requires a STEM degree with minimum 10 years of experience or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Embedded Software Engineering Excellence across all phases of development.
• Lead technical proposals and program cost estimates for bids.
• Lead and coordinate software execution for small teams.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end system solutions.
• Manage program cost, schedule, and risk with EV measures.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
