Qualifications
- Experience leading technical programs and multi-engineer teams.
- Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP clearance.
- Ability to operate Windows OS and UNIX-like shells.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and schedule execution for system upgrades.
- Prepare kickoff meetings and define schedule and deliverables.
- Coordinate cost/schedule baseline with Production Lead and teams.
- Drive integration activities including procurement, drawings, and test procedures.
- Coordinate field integration teams and travel requests.
- Report weekly status and IMS updates to leadership.
