Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 2–5 years of related engineering experience for the electronics engineer path; more for principal level.
• Active DoD 8140 approved IAT Level II (or higher) certification within a reasonable time after hire.
• Must have active US Government Top-Secret clearance (with background investigation within 6 years or Continuous Evaluation).
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project execution plans and allocate resources.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Apply program management processes and industry standards.
• Demonstrate leadership and briefing capabilities to leadership.
