Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior engineering lead for the Effectors Directorate in Tucson, AZ. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test products and production test systems.

You will guide interface adapters, cabling, and test environments while managing cost and schedule. A STEM degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (or 7+ with advanced degree) are typical prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with strong fundamentals in engineering.
• Experience with analog, digital, or RF design and testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (Citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams in design, development, and integration of Raytheon test products.
• Manage the development of both engineering and production test systems and interfaces.
• Oversee technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects.
• Lead, individually or with the team, issues related to test product development and implementation.
