Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Execution Lead in Tucson, AZ to drive the test solutions lifecycle for a DoD program, coordinating production test systems across multiple capital projects. The role demands leadership of large, cross-functional teams and close collaboration with CAMs and IPT leadership.

Qualified candidates will have a STEM degree with at least 10 years of experience or an advanced degree with 8+ years, plus a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 10+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience leading production test systems development (hardware/software) including V&V.
• Experience with project cost and schedule management on EV programs.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required before start; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to execute full test system lifecycle.
• Support factory leads with day-to-day technical execution and IMS alignment.
• Conduct 30/60/90-day look-ahead reviews to manage risks and execution cadence.
• Coordinate Production TE scope and strategy across contracts and IPTLs.
• Communicate monthly/quarterly status to TS Execution Lead and CAMs.
