Job summary

RTX's Effectors Directorate in Tucson, AZ seeks a senior engineer to lead multidisciplinary teams in designing and integrating advanced test products for DoD programs. You will guide development through system integration, schematics, and testing, ensuring on-time delivery and technical excellence.

You will contribute to RF/analog/digital design tasks, drive cost and schedule decisions, and mentor teammates in a high-security, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience with electrical engineering design and/or analysis tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic, or equivalent.
• Experience with analog, digital, and RF design.
• Experience designing, testing or integrating digital, mixed signal, and/or electrical system interconnects.
• Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, unless prohibited, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams in the design, development, and integration of Raytheon test products.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, drawings, schematics, and circuit design/analysis.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.
• Lead either as part of the team or independently to resolve issues in test product development and implementation.
