Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of experience for Principal level or 0 years with PhD; Master’s adds years.
• Experience in electrical architecture, cable/harness design, and MIL/IEC standards.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance and SAP access when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design coordination and integration with other teams.
• Develop PDPs/ADPs and manage review and release processes.
• Conduct electrical analysis, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design concepts for stakeholders.
• Create wiring diagrams, BOMs, and interconnect diagrams; perform trade studies.
