Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer/Principal Electrical Engineer for the Sentinel program in Roy, UT. The role involves leading electrical system design and interconnect development for multiple facilities nationwide.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams, coordinate designs, and review engineering deliverables while ensuring compliance with military standards. Relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 2+ years of experience, or 0 years with a Master’s.
• Principal Engineer requires 5 years with a STEM degree, or 2 years with a Master’s, or 0 with a PhD.
• Must be a US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experience with systems engineering methods and design practices.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend internal program or technical exchange meetings.
• Support milestone reviews with progress updates.
• Coordinate electrical system engineering content and work products.
• Ensure coordination between electrical design and other teams.
• Review and create interconnect diagrams, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Assist in research, trade studies and system integration tasks.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and manuals.
• Work across disciplines to maintain design uniformity.
• Develop and validate interconnect architectures.
