Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the Effector Digital Products team as a Cross Product Team Lead on the AMRAAM program. You will oversee electrical designs across GEU, QTDD and DLE subassemblies.

The role requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, hands-on circuit card design, and the ability to take a design from concept to hardware verification. U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret clearance are required; relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in circuit card design including processors, FPGAs, memory, and interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, Aurora, I2C, SPI, UART).
• Experience taking a design concept to complete hardware design and verification via test and integration.
• Experience with PCB design process and schematic capture, analysis and simulation prior to hardware execution.

Responsibilities

• Direction and oversight of the EE team across the AMRAAM program.
• Support design, analysis, test, and integration of digital electronic modules and CCAs.
• Ensure the team executes program plans in accordance with established processes.
