Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Electrical Team Lead in Tucson, AZ to spearhead the Electrical Team on a production program. You will mentor 5–10 engineers and coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure rigorous design reviews, testing, and on-time delivery.

The role focuses on RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design, FP​​GA integration, and root-cause analysis of missile hardware. This onsite, 1st shift position offers relocation assistance and a strong engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years’ prior relevant experience.
• RF, analog, digital, and or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and or digital signal processing; FPGA integration preferred.
• Production engineering experience involving design, analysis, fabrication, or troubleshooting of missile hardware and root cause investigations.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills presenting technical content to cross-functional peers, leaders, suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Production Electrical Team Lead on a Production Program leading the Electrical Team.
• Provide technical support for 5-10 engineers with mentorship and training.
• Coordinate with Electrical Team Lead for cross-functional prioritization.
• Direct involvement with design reviews, schedule risk, red rack burn down, supplier coordination, testing and validation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel less than 25% annually; 1st shift, onsite.
