Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Land & Shipboard Effector Guidance Systems Lead with a DoD Secret clearance. You will provide technical guidance and supervision to ensure program commitments, working with Raytheon factories and suppliers to deliver data-based decisions on electrical design and production.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in STEM and 8+ years in SE/PE/PTE, plus cross-functional leadership and missile guidance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in SE/PE/PTE and leading cross-functional teams.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities
