RTX is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Cross-Product Technical Lead to steer design, analysis and verification across the AMRAAM D4/C9 programs. You will provide technical direction, enforce engineering rigor, and oversee multi‑program coordination to deliver producible, affordable solutions in a large team setting.

The role requires a STEM degree with 7–10+ years of hardware engineering experience, plus an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Experience leading large cross-functional mechanical teams.
• Knowledge of hardware engineering standards and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large cross‑product mechanical engineering team with planning and mentoring.
• Direct mechanical design, development, analysis, documentation, and verification.
• Coordinate with program management, systems engineering and operations.
