Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in analog, digital, and power electronics design, integration, and production support.
• Decomposition of high-level requirements into actionable design electronics and subsystem architecture.
• Subsystem architectural design and experience with digital sub-systems, systems engineering, and requirement development.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and experience working across teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital design efforts for guidance systems focusing on FPGA-based hardware.
• Oversee program execution including cost, schedule, and technical oversight.
• Support component-level design and test reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with peers.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and program management.
• Travel up to ~25% as needed.
• Guide design through multiple hardware lifecycle phases with documentation and reviews.
