Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. in epidemiology or biostatistics.
• Expert coding skills in R, Python, or SAS.
• 5+ years in biopharma, RWE consulting, or related healthcare industries.
• Hands-on experience with data extraction, cleaning, and analysis; bias mitigation.
• Experience with multiple real-world data sources (EHR, claims, registry).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• Design and execute end‑to‑end RWE studies from concept to interpretation.
