Qualifications

• PhD in epidemiology or biostatistics, with strong methodological expertise.
• Excellent R coding skills and hands-on data analysis experience.
• 8+ years in biopharma/RWE or healthcare analytics; 5+ years in people management.
• Experience with multiple real-world data sources (EHR, claims, registries) and trial data familiarity.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of RWE scientists.
• Partner with TA leaders to conceptualize, lead, shape and deliver Real World Evidence.
• Be a hands-on scientific and technical leader; develop best practices and tools.
• Provide end-to-end expertise in RWE studies from design to interpretation.
• Develop RWD methodologies to mitigate biases in external/hybrid controls.
• Generate actionable insights to support regulatory interactions.
• Create study protocols, analysis plans, and deliverables including datasets, tables and figures.
