Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience applying data science or real-world evidence methods in pharma R&D or healthcare analytics.
• Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with real-world data sources (EHRs, claims, registries).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real-world and DDSAI evidence plans for Immunology.
• Lead evidence generation workstreams for clinical programs.
• Apply data science methods to real-world data to address key questions.
• Collaborate with Disease Area Strongholds and cross-functional partners.
• Manage end-to-end projects including protocols, results, and interpretation.
• Provide methodological recommendations to support program decisions.
• Prepare analytical summaries and governance presentations.
• Contribute to scientific manuscripts and abstracts.
• Support external collaborations with real-world evidence expertise.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to advance data science capabilities.
