Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare with real-world evidence, outcomes research, medical affairs, market access, or related functions.
• Experience designing and executing RWE studies, including observational studies, retrospective analyses, evidence synthesis, protocol development, and dissemination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global RWE strategies for Immunology assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and regional groups to deliver high-quality RWE studies.
• Translate evidence priorities into study concepts, analyses, and publications to inform market access and medical decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and publication requirements while maintaining scientific integrity.
