Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division seeks a Lead science and technical expert in Real-world Evidence (RWE) to drive data-driven healthcare insights that support regulatory and development efforts.

You will lead RWE project portfolios, design and interpret studies (external control, hybrid, comparative effectiveness), mentor staff, and develop best practices across multiple US sites with location flexibility.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in epidemiology or biostatistics.
• 5+ years in biopharma, healthcare analytics, or consulting.
• expert programming in R, Python, or SAS.
• extensive experience with real-world data sources (EHR, claims, registries) and clinical trial data structure.
• strong communication skills.
