Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Principal Real-World Analyst to lead analyses of Real-World Evidence using diverse data sources, reporting to the head of RWD/A within Global Evidence & Value Generation. Qualifications

• MS or PhD in data science, epidemiology, statistics, public health, or related discipline.
• 4+ years for MS, 2+ years for PhD in biopharma or healthcare industries.
• Hands-on experience with Flatiron and Optum data (≥2 years).
• Expert proficiency in SQL and R; Python a plus.
• Familiarity with ICD, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, MedDRA coding and payer/reimbursement concepts.
• Experience with time-to-event, cross-sectional, and longitudinal analyses.
• Experience with Snowflake; PowerBI knowledge is advantageous.
• Motivated, rigorous, and able to work in fast-paced, team environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and audit RWE analyses using diverse real-world data sources.
• Collaborate with the RWA lead and team to meet study/report timelines.
• Apply advanced statistical/epidemiological methods for robust results.
• Clean and validate data and outputs for consistency and reliability.
• Document analytical code and definitions for reproducibility.
• Develop reports, presentations and dashboards to communicate insights.
• Help design/enforce RWA standards to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay current with evolving RWA methodologies and data visualization tools.
