Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager, Data, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence – Immunology Real World Evidence. You will deliver complex data science strategies for Immunology RWD/RWE, partnering with cross-functional teams across locations in NJ, PA, MA, and CA, with travel up to 10% and remote considerations.

You will apply advanced analytics to inform clinical development, contribute to governance, and help translate disease priorities into actionable research

Qualifications

PhD/MD/PharmD or equivalent advanced degree in quantitative field.
Experience applying data science or real-world evidence methods in pharma R&D or healthcare analytics.
Strong ability to work in matrixed, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Contribute to real-world evidence plans aligned with Immunology objectives.
Lead evidence generation workstreams supporting clinical development.
Apply data science methods to real-world data sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet program needs.
Prepare analytical summaries and governance materials.
Contribute to scientific publications and collaborative projects.
